1. Does the plumber offer a full year warranty in writing?
At Bonney Plumbing, we offer a full year warranty in writing on all parts and labor.

2. Does the plumber show you the full cost of the job up-front and not charge you for just coming to your home?
At Bonney Plumbing we will show you our “Up-Front Pricing Book” that clearly shows the cost before we start the job and the plumbing estimate is free with no travel charges.

3. Will the plumber make you wait for hours for the appointment?
At Bonney Plumbing we call our customers when our technicians are on the way so you’ll know when to expect us. We will even call your cell phone when we’re on the way if you need to run errands before we arrive; or we can call your work phone so you don’t need to spend time waiting at home.  When requested, Bonney will call you up to 45 minutes in advance of your scheduled service time making it convenient for planning around your busy schedule. We schedule 3 hour time windows Monday thru Friday and 4 hour time windows on weekends.

4. If you have an emergency during a holiday or weekend, will the plumber charge you extra?
Bonney Plumbing is open all holidays (except Christmas), Saturdays and Sundays and won’t charge you extra for service on those days.

5. Does the plumber come fully prepared with parts, so your job isn’t held up?
Bonney Plumbing arrives at your home with a warehouse on wheels stocked with all the materials needed to complete your job.  We know your time is important, so we have all materials on hand to finish your job quickly.

At Bonney Plumbing we are continuously training our technicians to ensure comprehensive knowledge of the latest industry technology.  You are safe with all Bonney Plumbing technicians.  All are thoroughly background checked and drug tested.
